This pasta goes well with a cream sauce.  Cook pasta according to directions and set aside (do not rinse).  In a sautee pan add 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 cups of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of Anna's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, tablespoon of fresh basil chopped, 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg.  Put the butter and evoo in saute pan bring to a medium high heat.  When butter is almost melted, add the heavy cream, bring to a slow simmer and add back the pasta and toss.  Then add the basil and nutmeg and continue to toss.  Buona Mangiana!
